Retail investors will be able to invest in CERES Tokens once CERES completes the qualification process with the SEC. CERES hopes to have this process completed by Q4 of 2018. Accredited investors can currently participate in the pre-token offering through a private placement in CERES’ Private Investment Agreements (PIA).
